Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya (IGRMS) Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh State) invites prescribed application format for recruitment of various posts to be filled by transfer (Deputation Basis) / Direct Recruitment. Educational Qualifications & Eligibility:
Joint Director (Administration and Security) -> Master's degree/ Post Graduate in any discipline. Officers belonging to Organized Administrative/Accounts Services of Govt, of India holding analogous post; or, with five   years regular service in the pay scale of Rs. 10,000-15,200 (pre-revised); or, with 10 years regular service  in the pay scale of Rs.8,000-I3,500(prc-rcvised); with proven capabilities in Administration, Accounts and Security Management. Preference will be given to officers who have experience of working in cultural organizations and fulfilling the essential qualification.
Accounts Officer (Group-B) -> Junior Accounts Officer/Divisional Accounts Officer Grade-I Section Officer/Divisional Accounts Officer Grade-II in the scale of pay of 6500-200-10500 (Pre-reviscd) PB-2 Rs.9300-34800 (Revised) with Grade Pay Rs.4200 (Revised) with 5 years' service in the grade on regular basis and having experience in Autonomous /Commercial organisation.
Assistant Horticulture Officer -> M.Sc (Ag.) Horticulture and 2 years' experience in the field of Horticulture in an Institution of repute.
Data Processing Assistant Grade-II -> Degree in Computer Science/Computer Application and   post  graduate  diploma   in  Computer  Science/Computer Application of a recognized university and Three years working knowledge of Multi Media Image Processing, DTP and database applications. Desirable - About 5 years experience of programming and application development in Macintosh and P.C. environments.
Museum Associate (Group-B) -> Master's Degree in Anthropology of a recognized University or equivalent with specialization in Social/Physical Anthropology /Prehistory, Three years experience in a Museum of standing or comparable institution. Desirable - Degree/ Diploma in Muscology (OR) Experience of field investigation.
Senior Artist -> Matriculation of recognized University/Board or equivalent. Degree or Diploma in Fine Art of a recognized University/Institution or equivalent. 2 years practical experience of Commercial Art, preparation of charts and graphic layouts. Desirable - Experience as an Artist in a Museum of repute or a similar Institution.
Senior Stenographer -> Metric or its equivalent 120 w.p.m. in shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in typing. Desirable - Possessing working experience of stenography preferably in both Hindi and English.
Selection Process: Written Test and interview.
Application Fee: Rs. 100/- (for OBC / General candidates) drawn in favour of Director, IGRMS, payable at Bhopal (SC/ST/PH candidates are exempted from fee) should be enclosed.
